Pastor Allan was born in Charlotte, North Carolina. He received undergraduate degrees from Wingate College (Wingate, North Carolina) and Carson-Newman College (Jefferson City, Tennessee). He earned a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (Fort Worth, Texas). Pastor Blume became our senior pastor in 1994. He has served on the staff of churches in Texas, Oklahoma and North Carolina. In addition, he has preached as an evangelist and conference speaker in many states and is very active in international missions around the world. Allan and his wife, Pamela, have one adult son (Jeremy) who lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
